If You Like White Lines and Cheese

The next project that I've been assigned for my Art Design class is creating a line of shoes with the theme of Art Nouveau, so shoes are on my mind! So far I've sketched shoes inspired by mermaids and fire, and I guess I'll post them later when I'm satisfied with it.

The way the heels are shaped is so fascinating. Typically a heel is straight, but Young experimented with geometric angles and curved lines. Color is also really eye catching. Overall its really impressive, except I would never wear the alpaca fur one.
